Welcome to Elite Appliance Service. By booking a repair for your AC, Fridge, Washing Machine, TV, Microwave, or Water Heater, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a transparent and professional relationship between our service center and our valued customers in Madurai.

1. Service Scope

  • Elite Appliance Service provides doorstep repair and maintenance for home appliances.

  • We operate as an independent, third-party service center. We are NOT an authorized service center for any specific brand (such as Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Sony, etc.).

2. Booking and Visiting Charges

  • A nominal Inspection/Visiting Fee is applicable for every doorstep visit.

  • If you proceed with the suggested repair, the visiting fee may be adjusted or waived at the discretion of the technician.

  • Estimates provided over the phone are preliminary; final quotes will be given only after a physical inspection of the appliance.

3. Spare Parts and Repairs

  • We use high-quality compatible spare parts for repairs.

  • As an independent provider, we do not claim to provide “company-original” parts from authorized manufacturer stocks unless specifically stated and sourced.

  • Any old parts replaced during the service will be returned to the customer unless they are part of an exchange scheme.

4. Warranty Policy

  • We offer a limited Service Warranty (typically 30 days) on the specific repair performed.

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • New faults appearing in the appliance after the technician has left.

    • Damage caused by physical mishandling, water spillage, or high voltage fluctuations (Stabilizer failure).

    • Repairs previously touched or tampered with by another technician after our visit.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure a safe working environment for our technicians.

  • Customers are requested to verify the appliance’s functionality in the presence of the technician before they leave the premises.

  • Elite Appliance Service is not responsible for any pre-existing internal damage not disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Payments

  • Payments are due immediately upon completion of the service.

  • We accept Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfers.

  • Invoices will be issued under our registered business name: Elite Appliance Service (UDYAM-TN-12-0162063).

7. Limitation of Liability

As a third-party service provider, we are not liable for any manufacturer defects or global recalls associated with your appliance brand. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.
