1. Independent Service Provider Disclaimer

  • Elite Appliance Service is an independent, third-party home appliance service provider registered under UDYAM-TN-12-0162063.

  • We are not an authorized service center, franchisee, or affiliate of any specific appliance manufacturer or brand (such as Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, Godrej, Bosch, IFB, or others).

  • All brand names, logos, and product trademarks referenced on this website belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for customer identification and illustrative purposes.

2. Out-of-Warranty Repairs Only

  • We specialize exclusively in providing service and repair for out-of-warranty home appliances.

  • If your appliance is currently covered under an active original manufacturer’s warranty, servicing it through an independent provider may void your manufacturer warranty. We strongly recommend contacting the official brand support center in such cases.

3. Scope of Services

  • We provide doorstep inspection, repair, and maintenance services in Madurai, Tamil Nadu for home appliances, including Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, TVs, Microwaves, and Water Heaters.

  • Service availability depends on technician availability and geographic location within Madurai.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Inspection Fee: A nominal inspection fee applies when a technician visits your location to diagnose the issue. This fee will be communicated prior to or upon arrival.

  • Service Cost Approval: The final cost estimate (including spare parts and labor) will be provided to you after diagnosis. Repairs will only proceed upon your verbal or written approval.

  • Payment Methods: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash, UPI, and digital bank transfers.

5. Spare Parts & Service Warranty

  • Replacement parts used during repairs are sourced independently to ensure performance and compatibility.

  • We offer a limited service warranty on specific repairs and replaced parts. The duration and terms of the service warranty will be explicitly stated on your final invoice.

  • Service warranty does not cover damages resulting from physical abuse, power surges, water damage, or tampering by unauthorized third parties after our service.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While our technicians exercise utmost care during repairs, Elite Appliance Service shall not be liable for pre-existing structural defects, cosmetic damages, or indirect/consequential losses arising from appliance breakdown.

  • Customers are advised to safeguard their personal belongings during home visits.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
